A Lethal Fix

I had a lot of fun playing this, and I know I keep saying that every new game is my favourite, but A Lethal Fix is definitely a new favourite! I loved all of the detail that went into this game, I really enjoyed piecing together the mystery with the wide variety of clues you’re given to solve. This is also the first time that I’ve scored higher than the Amateur Investigator ranking, I’m now a Seasoned Detective 😄

If the goal here was to make me feel like a detective, then I’d call this a success – I really felt like the facts and situations presented to me were detailed enough that I got to really know everyone involved. If you’re like me, and really love to work logic puzzles or use the power of deduction to figure things out, this style of game is probably going to be a winner for you!

I played this case and absolutely loved it!! I had so much fun!

I really enjoyed this game! It's a satisfying moment when you can string together who the suspect is, how the victim was murdered, and why the suspect had done it. We had ton of player interaction, and it was awesome to work together as a group! You do also have the option to solve this case solo, so its pretty flexible. We had a ton of fun and are excited to explore more of Ink & Clues world!

We are big fans of solving murder mysteries so it was an absolute pleasure to work through A Lethal Fix tonight as a cute little date night activity. The story was pretty straightforward but there were plenty of curve balls and red herrings that had us questioning whodunnit. Overall we scored 17 out of 19, making us master detectives!

Ink & Clues continues its streak of releasing fun and engaging murder mysteries with A Lethal Fix. These games have become the fix for my desire to solve crimes (hopefully with a less lethal outcome)

A Lethal Fix was so fun to solve! I especially appreciated the diverse range of evidence in this case, ranging from text messages to inheritance documents and medical records! It was a thrilling puzzle and the story kept me engaged! I highly recommend this one!

The mystery is well-constructed. It’s fun to read all the pieces and form your own picture of the suspects and their relationship to the victim. With each interrogation or document, I thought I had found the killer. Just like in a police series on Netflix. At some point, I was also able to rule out suspects. In the end, I correctly identified the killer, motive, and murder weapon. I didn’t catch all the clues, but I still scored 16 points!
